Correct use:
1. Install the winch: open the package and take out the product. Unscrew hexagon screws and gaskets from the end of the gear axe. Fix the nut on the handle to the trapezoidal turbine at the end of the gear axe so that the inside of the nut is close to the friction part. Then, tighten the screw and thin gasket.
2, installation of the winch wire rope: loosen the winch reel left fixed plate on the hexagonal screw, from the wire rope and oval head, square column screw down the fixing plate. Wind one end of the wire rope clockwise around the drum, and pass the other end through the long, round, arc-shaped hole on the left side of the guardrail. The exposed length of the wire rope should be 7-10 cm. Place the screw with oval head and square column inside out through the square hole on the left side of the reel. Put it into the wire rope fixing plate, make the wire rope revolve around the screw, pull back, insert the wire rope into the fixing plate, then tighten and fix it with the hex nut, shake the handle, make the wire rope wound on the reel (keep tension when winding the wire rope).
3. Fix the capstan to the base with three screws and nuts. The base can withstand heavy loads.
