1.The greenhouse evaporative cooling pad is composed of base paper processing production. The hgh wave have 5 mm, 7mm and 9mm three options. Ripple is 60°*30° staggered opposed and 45°*45° staggered opposed.
2.High quality cooling pad adapts a new generation of high-molecular material and space cross linking technology.The cooling pad has a lot of advantages that with high absorption rate of water, high resistance to water, mildew resistance and long service life, etc. Its evaporative area is lager than surface area. The cooling efficiency is more than 80%, excluding surfactant, natural absorption of water, high velocity of spreading and efficiency of the persistent. A drop of water can be spread over in 4~5 seconds.

5. Raw material adopts imported kraft paper, we have 95g/sqm and 105g/sqm for option. Tension resistance at 70N, Absorbability height as 45mm/10min, moisture at 5-8%, humidity at 18N
6. Products don't contain Phenol or any other chemical substances which easily makes skin allergy. Non-toxic and harmless to human body, safety, energy saving, environment protection and economic applicable.
The N&H cooling pad series are the major component of wet curtain cooling system.Our product performance has the characteristics of a largest number of single sheets of paper, which can reach 86 sheets of paper at 60cm, and the characteristics of moderate curing hardness and high bonding strength. Such products can produce better water absorption and longer life.
The raw paper of cooling pad are made in China and Finland. These raw materials are made from long-lived excellent wood in the deep of the tropical rain forest, which is ground by machines into high-quality fibrous wood pulp, and then processed by paper-making equipment to make a perfect piece of paper.These paper has a large fiber, fiber uniform, easy to absorb water, not easy to decay and other characteristics.
Curing red glue as one of the important solidified materials. The formulated chemical substances made by our engineers through polyvinyl alcohol,Thickeners and preservatives and other chemicals. This product has good curing effect, moderate hardness, anti-corrosion, long life and other effects.
As one of the important raw materials, white glue is made by our company's engineers through chemical material ratio, including toluene, hot melt adhesive and water-based adhesive,manufactured through high-temperature reaction, .This product has High adhesion, high temperature resistance, long life, adhesive life of 8-15 years.Products through drying and heating,can generate high-strength adhesion effect under high temperature.
The sawing machine can split the cooling pad into different sizes. The burrs and fibers of the product can be adjusted by adjusting the revolving speed to achieve the best performance and effect. The smooth side and the rough fiber respectively maximize the cooling effect of the product.
Color and coating can be customized discretionarily .Brown color is normal.Colour can be changed through soak color paste , such as : green, brown and green double color, black. Paint coating can be customized add , this is high-end custom.Prolong the service life of the product, increase the cooling and humidifying effect, and the color can be single-sided black, single-sided green, single-sided red, single-sided blue, transparent color, etc.

Windproof Cloth series
The wind cloth system can control the inlet air volume of cooling Pad wall. The windproof cloth system is composed of gumming non-woven fabric, hot-dip galvanized pipe, stainless steel pull rope, capstan, adjustable bracket and counter weight system. This system is widely used in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Laos and other tropical countries. It can effectively control the sudden gale and cooling, and to guard against epidemic on poultry farm.

Deflector series
The deflector can accurately control the air inlet volume of the cooling pad window, so as to achieve the accurate control of the cooling pad system. Deflector is an indispensable part of intelligent and precision control system. Controlling of air inlet volume strictly, humidity and temperature is an important measure of modern breeding, and datamation is the basis of scientific breed.
The deflector is composed of rockwool board or plastic board, aluminum alloy outline frame, hot-dip galvanized frame, capstan, motor, angle of deviation, small pulley and steel wire rope; it is combined with the control system to accurately control the indoor humidity and temperature.
