Different breeding scenarios have completely different requirements for ventilation and cooling. A one-size-fits-all fan configuration cannot achieve optimal operating effects. Reasonably matching livestock fans and cooling pad systems according to farm types is the key to efficient breeding and cost reduction.
For closed poultry and livestock houses such as chicken farms and pig farms, high-flow negative pressure fans matched with evaporative cooling pads are the best solution. For large-scale pig farms, 1.4-meter-diameter large airflow fans cooperate with 15cm thick cooling pads, which can quickly reduce the indoor temperature from 35℃ to below 28℃ in summer, realizing overall uniform cooling and thorough air exchange.
For open breeding farms for cattle and sheep, hanging circulation fans are more suitable. With 360° rotating air supply, they expand the air coverage area. Matched with intermittent spray cooling equipment, they solve the local high-temperature problem of open breeding spaces and improve livestock comfort.
For special breeding scenarios with strict temperature and humidity requirements such as silkworm breeding, high-precision low-speed ventilation fans are adopted. The intelligent control system realizes hourly micro-ventilation, maintaining stable air humidity and avoiding environmental changes that affect breeding quality.
