1. Product Overview
The 1830 single-layer feed silo is a standard general-purpose storage equipment in the industry, with a cylinder diameter of 1830mm. Adopting an integrated single-layer assembled structure, it features a compact design, easy installation and strong compatibility. Specially developed for medium and small-scale modern farms, it realizes centralized feed storage, sealed moisture-proof storage and automatic feeding. It effectively solves the common pain points of traditional manual feed storage, including feed mildew and dampness, high feed loss, low feeding efficiency and high labor costs, fully matching the automatic production lines of modern chicken farms.
2. Premium Material, Durable and Corrosion-Resistant
The entire silo is made of 275g/㎡ high-zinc layer hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with passivation anti-corrosion treatment, delivering excellent oxidation resistance, rust resistance and weather resistance. It can withstand long-term outdoor exposure to sun and rain without rusting or aging. All connecting parts adopt grade 8.8 high-strength hot-dip galvanized bolts, and all joints are sealed with professional sealing strips. The superior tightness effectively blocks rainwater, moisture and dust invasion, adapts to harsh outdoor working environments and greatly extends the service life of the equipment.
3. Scientific Structural Design, Smooth Feed Storage and Discharging
Equipped with a 60° large-inclination hopper that conforms to the natural flow characteristics of feed, the silo fundamentally avoids feed bridging, arching and blockage, ensuring uniform and smooth discharging with no residual feed waste. It is fitted with an elevated rainproof top and a sealed feeding port to prevent dust, rainwater and sundries from entering the silo and keep the feed clean and hygienic. Matched with high-strength galvanized support legs with stable bearing capacity, the elevated installation structure isolates ground moisture and further guarantees the storage quality of feed.

This 1830 single-layer feed silo has two standard specifications. The 2.4m straight cylinder version features an effective volume of 5.8m³ with a feed capacity of 4.2-4.5 tons; the 3.0m heightened straight cylinder version has an effective volume of 7.0m³ with a feed capacity of 5.0-5.4 tons. The moderate capacity perfectly meets the daily feeding demands of medium and small-scale farms. The equipment can be seamlessly connected with auger conveying lines and fully automatic feeding systems to realize unattended automatic feeding, which significantly improves breeding efficiency, reduces manual intervention and lowers feed loss. Optional accessories including feed level observation windows, feed level sensors, manual gate valves and anti-bridging devices enable real-time feed residue monitoring and convenient daily maintenance.
