Heavy‑hammer negative pressure fan is widely used ventilation and cooling equipment for livestock farms, greenhouses and industrial workshops.
The unique gravity weight shutter mechanism automatically opens the louvers when the fan starts working, and closes tightly once the fan stops. It effectively prevents back‑flow wind, rain and dust from entering the building.
The fan frame adopts thick hot‑dip galvanized steel sheet for strong anti‑corrosion performance, suitable for humid farm working environment. The stainless steel fan blades have passed dynamic balance testing, delivering large air volume with stable running and low noise. The high‑quality V‑belt and reinforced aluminum‑magnesium alloy belt wheel reduce failure rates and extend service life. Equipped with reliable copper‑wound motor with IP55 protection grade, the whole unit runs steadily under long‑time continuous operation.
Wall‑mounted installation saves space. This fan works together with cooling wet curtain to build complete negative‑pressure cooling system. It helps remove hot air, harmful gas and odor inside poultry houses, improves indoor air quality and creates comfortable living conditions for chickens, pigs and other livestock.
