The equipment configuration of sow birthing bed in sow birthing and Suckling stage is as follows:
1. The sow delivery bed is mainly equipped with hot dip zinc or spray painted piglet pens and sow limit pens;
2.Cast iron female pig trough or steel plate trough;
3. Plastic, cast iron composite floor mesh or cast iron floor mesh, cast iron steel beam;
4. Fiberglass insulation box, stainless steel or copper drinking water;
5. Stainless steel or steel plate piglet feeding tank is also optional.

        The sow delivery bed, also known as the high culture and farrow, is mainly composed of sow positioning frame, piglet pen, piglet insulation box, manure leakage floor, female pig trough and piglet feeding trough. The function of sow positioning frame is to control the free movement area and lying mode of sows. There is a block bar between the sows delivery bed positioning frame to avoid the piglets being crushed, trampled to death and crushed. The length of the positioning frame is generally 2.1-2.3 meters, the width is 0.6 meters, and the height is 1.0 meters. A curved guard post is welded to a railing under the limit frame to protect the piglets without affecting their feeding. The female pig trough and water fountain are in front of the positioning rack.
        The pigpen is designed to provide a space for the piglet to move around and prevent running out. The fence has two kinds of grating and baffle. The grid is good for ventilation and observation, but not for epidemic prevention. The partition type is beneficial to the prevention of disease, but the cost is high. The piglet pen is 2.0-2.3 meters long, 1.7-1.8 meters wide and 0.5-0.6 meters high. The grid spacing is not more than 40 mm.
