Maintenance of galvanized sheet tower and matters needing attention
1, galvanized sheet tower should be installed on the concrete foundation of more than 100mm above the ground, water pump, fan should be as required by the concrete foundation.
2, galvanized sheet tower transportation installation should pay attention to protection, not to touch the body and parts.
3, galvanized sheet metal tower out of the factory, the factory according to the specific situation, the use of segmented packaging transportation, the factory sent personnel to the site installation and debugging.
4, galvanized sheet metal tower installation and work outdoors, winter should pay attention to the bottom of the pool antifreezing.
5. There is a liquid level mark in the tank at the bottom of the equipment. Be sure to inject absorption liquid according to the liquid level mark before use. Attention should be paid to supplement the absorption solution during use.
6, when using, the circulating water pump should be opened for 2~3 minutes first, and then open the blower. When stopping, the blower should be stopped for 1~2 minutes before stopping the circulating water pump.
7. The acidic concentration of liquid in the tank at the bottom of the tower and the degree of gas purification at the outlet of the exhaust gas should be checked regularly according to the use condition. If the concentration exceeds the standard, the absorption liquid in the tank at the bottom should be replaced.
8. The equipment should be overhauled once a year and a half to two years to check the stuffing of the disk spray pipe and filler, and clean it.
