Automatic breeding tower installation

1. The whole tower is assembled with galvanized sheet. But it is divided into three parts: upper cone, middle cone and lower cone. In the assembly, the side is required to be buckled, the inner side is pasted with waterproof double-sided adhesive, and the paste should be uniform, and the internal leakage and external leakage can not be interrupted.

2. Assembly requirements of tower body screws: The upper cone screws shall be fixed with silk caps on the inner wall of the tower, and waterproof washers shall be worn on the outer wall. The screw fixation requires the silk cap on the inner wall and the waterproof washer on the outer wall. Lower cone screw fixation requires wire caps on the outer wall and waterproof washers on the outer wall. Screw fixation of the upper cone and the lower cone requires the wire cap to be on the inner wall, and the outer wall should be fitted with a waterproof washer. Tower leg screw fixation requires silk cap in the inner wall, tower and tower leg between the waterproof washer.

3. Installation standard of observation hole: the observation hole is assembled on the outer wall of the tower, with rubber gasket, screw fixed on the inner wall of the tower, and waterproof gasket is worn on the outer wall.
4. Safety guardrail standard: ring body assembly balance, baffle assembly vertical. Integral screws fix the outer wall of the silk cap. The screws are fixed tightly without loosening.
5. Assembly standard of material tala cover: the pulley is fixed flexibly, and the tower cover is easy to open and close. Seal tightly after closing, screw on the upper cover to fix the silk cap on the inner wall, wear waterproof gasket on the outer wall. The link part (including: screw fixation) shall be coated with waterproof structural adhesive.
6. The bottom Angle is fixed with chemical screws. After turning the hole, the dust in the hole is treated with an air cylinder. Wait 30 minutes and then fasten.
