The installation of tower weighing system is as follows:
1. 2. Repeat the above steps in diagonal order until all tower legs are installed.
3. Wherein, all the s-sensor signal output to the multi-channel weighing instrument.
4. When the tower is fed or consumed, the multi-channel weighing instrument can display the weight of the material in the tower in real time, so as to remind the feeders whether they need to fill the material or not, so as to avoid the lack of material.
5. After cutting the tower legs have a certain height difference, by adjusting the bearing bolts, so that the tower is in a horizontal state.
6. Proper adjustment of the position of the conical bearing can make up for the defect that the ground is in a non-horizontal state.
7. Because the ouleg hoop adopts two pieces, it can be applied to a variety of oulegs of different diameters, and can also be applied to other types of oulegs after appropriate transformation.
8. Install windproof top wire in the tapered weighing bearing and adjust it to the appropriate position, which can reduce the influence of shaking caused by strong wind on the weighing result of the material tower.
